Choir
Adult Choir and Children's Choir, Worship Bands and arranged concerts
for special events. We should all find a way to sing Gods Praise to
ourselves and others.
Holidays are the best time to get out and praise God before others. Carol
singing at Christmas time or visiting nursing/old people homes as well as
special fund raising concerts for charity. A Christian's voice can share
the message in so many ways. When we sing we show that God is alive in
us and can be a joyous fellowship.
Adult Choir
A very traditional way to praise God by leading the congregation through
service hymns, but such a choir could also do additional things like
solos, weddings, funerals and other local arrangements.
Children's Choir
Normally made up of Sunday School children, but not always. There are many
Christian children songs, which we all have heard at some point. You may
have a tape of songs or just had them passed down to you by family. Getting
children together to sing out for God can not only be enjoyable for adults
and a role model for other children, but also gives children pride in their
faith and sharing it with others.
Worship Band
The modern way to tell the world about God. Can include modern instruments
or songs. Very popular with the youth circles as it mixes God and life
together in Christian harmony. It can start with services and lead to music
festivals and even recording deals.
